Our Philosophy

Legacy Hollow helps homeowners and landowners unlock the full potential of their property through thoughtful planning, practical experience, and quality craftsmanship.

Based in East Tennessee, we work on everything from outdoor living spaces and homesites to homesteads, farms, and larger rural properties—creating beautiful, functional spaces designed around the way people live and use their land.

Whether reclaiming overgrown acreage, solving drainage challenges, improving access, or designing lasting landscapes, we believe every project begins with understanding the property and the people who call it home.

Our goal is simple: create outdoor spaces that serve today's needs while adding value for years to come.

A Personal Approach to Every Property

For as long as I can remember, I've enjoyed improving land—whether through farming, landscaping, carpentry, or building outdoor spaces that bring people closer to the land they own.

That passion eventually became Legacy Hollow.

After decades of experience in construction, product development, farming, and land improvement, I wanted to create a company focused on helping East Tennessee property owners make thoughtful, long-term decisions about their land.

Today, I work directly with every client to understand their goals and develop practical solutions that balance beauty, functionality, and stewardship.

Whether the project is a backyard landscape, a family homestead, or a multi-acre property, my goal is always the same: leave the land better than I found it.
