Who We Are

Legacy Hollow helps landowners shape rural properties with purpose.

Based in East Tennessee, we specialize in thoughtful property improvement for homesteads, farms, recreational land, and future homesites.

Our work focuses on creating functional, lasting properties through careful planning, practical experience, and respect for the land itself.

Whether reclaiming overgrown acreage, improving access, building pasture, or preparing land for future use, we believe good land stewardship creates value for generations to come.

Meet the Founder

I started Legacy Hollow from a deep appreciation for rural land and the potential it holds when thoughtfully improved.

A lifetime of farming, including being a TN Master Beef Producer, a background in agricultural sciences and landscape design, plus over 30 years in construction shapes the way I approach each property — balancing usability, stewardship, and long-term vision.

I believe good land design should feel intentional — not rushed or purely transactional — and that approach guides every project we take on.
